This is a very common question that gets asked when people have clean up and clean out jobs. The answer is it depends. If it’s a small job with a few bags of trash the answer is probably no however any home clean out or commercial clean up job of medium size or larger it usually makes more sense to have a dumpster rental. Dumpsters or as they are often referred to as cans come in all sizes. The sizes are based on the amount of total yardage that a dumpster will hold. Dumpster rental prices will vary from can size to can size so if you’re not sure it is always best to call a representative that can help determine your needs.

Dumpster rental in Arkansas can usually be determined best by the size of the dumpster you need. Dumpsters can vary in size from 15 Yards up to 40 Yards and anywhere in between. Another factor that can have an impact on the cost is the weight of the items. Most rentals come at a based price with a maximum tonnage and anything over the limit will be charged an additional fee. So for example a dumpster full of dirt would weigh much more than a dumpster full of leaves.

The most common size of dumpster rental that we see is the 15 Yard dumpster. It’s a mid-range size that works very well for home clean out jobs as well as commercial jobs. The price point on the 15 Yard dumpster is also very appealing for customers. Dumpsters come in all sizes so some jobs will require a larger dumpster like a 30 Yard or maybe even a 40 Yard dumpster.

A customer can rent a dumpster for any given time period. The standard rates are based on a 3 day rental and then there is a add on for each day afterwards. If a customer knows they need a long term rental on the front end most companies like Junk-It will offer special pricing.

While we would love to meet you face to face definitely do not have to be there when we deliver and pick. Our operations manger will coordinate delivery and pick up with you by phone and our drivers will do the rest.

We do not charge mileage within a 35-mile radius. We charge $3 per mile beyond 35 miles.

We pride ourselves on ensuring you are aware of any potential additional charges will be applied for nonapproved materials. Hazardous materials may have to be offloaded before disposal. Below are common additional charges:

• $3 per mile beyond 35 miles
• 3% credit card fee
• Dumpster swaps and extensions
• Additional charges will be applied for hazardous materials
• $65 per ton over 4 tons – the landfill requires a level load, meaning debris cannot exceed the top level of the dumpster

Due to local land-fill regulations, the following items are not allowed. If you have these materials, we can advise you on how to safely dispose of them.

• Asbestos Materials
• Batteries
• Flammable Liquids
• Freon
• Medical Waste
• Tires
• Wet Paint
• Chemicals and Hazardous Waste
• Propane Tanks
• Oil, Transmission Fluid, or Antifreeze
• Any appliance with Freon (Refrigerator, A/C unit)
• Animals
• Any Large Sealed Barrels

Additional charges will be applied if these materials are placed in the roll off dumpster.

It happens! You may order a 3-day service and want to change to a 7 or 14-day rental. Often, the rental is already scheduled for another job.

Please make sure that the location for the roll off dumpster placement is accessible and not blocked by automobiles, scrap materials or other debris. Please make sure when selecting roll off dumpster placement to consider:

• Sprinkler head placement
• Ground lighting
• Landscaping
• Weather conditions (Not just the day of drop off but for the pickup also)
• We will do our best to avoid yard ruts, however your selection of placement and the weather are out of our control. We are not responsible for yard ruts.
